Customer Service

Honestly. I'm so sick of dealing with customer service folks. It's getting to the point where I'm beginning to wonder if I have offended the karmic customer service gods or something. Maybe this is my life test - to learn how to go through an hour of phone transfers, reps, disconnections, "enter your phone number" instructions, hold messages, neckaches, smooshed ears, etc., without just completely losing it on the poor person who eventually ends up with me on the line.

Today's adventure was the culmination of a six month hate affair with Packet8, a VOIP provider. It also involves Comcast and Verizon, to some extent, which means I'm a broad phone spectrum hater, I guess.
